The Ulanzi FOLD QS30 Quick Release Octagonal Softbox 30cm is a compact, octagonal softbox with a 30 cm opening and a Mini Bowens mount. Thanks to its quick release design, the softbox opens in a single motion and folds flat again after the shoot. Suitable for catchlights, rim lighting and handheld fill lighting in portrait, product and vlog work.

Compact and portable
With a net weight of 0.3 kg and a collapsed format that fits in the supplied carry bag, the QS30 is ideal for handheld use and mobile setups. Its compact size makes it well suited as fill light next to a key light, as rim lighting at short distances or as a top light for product details.
Press to use: ready in seconds
The quick release mechanism makes setup virtually effortless. One press and the softbox snaps open into its octagonal shape; after the shoot you fold it flat again in just a few movements. Switch quickly between setups and keep the tempo high on location.
Mini Bowens mount
The QS30 features a Mini Bowens mount and is compatible with multiple lights in the Ulanzi lighting ecosystem. This makes it easy to combine the softbox with your existing Ulanzi lighting gear for a consistent lighting design.
Honeycomb grid and diffusion cloth
A honeycomb grid is included alongside the diffusion cloth. With it you can tighten the beam and reduce light spill â useful for catchlights, controlled rim lighting or when you want to keep a background dark. Both accessories attach with hook and loop fasteners, allowing quick changes during a shoot.,
