Design and materials
The AXIS Anywhere combines nylon webbing with hardware in aerospace grade magnesium, stainless steel and ABS. A stainless steel QD swivel on a magnesium body forms the camera attachment point, while the gatekeeper clips at the ends secure the strap to the loops on a bag or rucksack.
Attaching to a bag or rucksack
Using the two gatekeeper clips, the AXIS Anywhere hooks onto any two loops on a camera bag, daypack or hiking bag. This keeps the camera within reach on a hike or day trip without needing to wear an extra neck or shoulder strap.
Quick detach system
The QD mechanism lets the camera be released in seconds for tripod use. The supplied QD4 quick release plate is Arca Swiss compatible and includes an integrated QD socket, so tripod and carrying use connect seamlessly.
