Stock Availability

We know it’s important for you to know how quickly we can deliver a specific product. That’s why we provide explanations of stock availability statuses shown for each product.

  In Stock   – the item is available in our warehouse. If you order before 12:00, we will pack it the same day and hand it over to the selected carriers.

  Central Warehouse   – the item is in stock at the supplier or manufacturer and has a longer dispatch time. Such products are usually delivered within 5 business days.

  Availability on Request   – the item is currently not in stock, neither with us nor with the supplier or manufacturer. For current availability, you can call or write to us. We will verify availability and inform you about the estimated delivery date. This item cannot be ordered through the e-shop, but we can create a pre-order for you.

  Discontinued   – the product is no longer sold and is unavailable for ordering from the supplier or manufacturer.
