PROTECT YOUR IMAGE FROM UV LIGHT REALPRO UV is multi-purpose fine-weather filter that blocks UV light – the reason of unclear and hazy photo in shiny day. REALPRO UV filter adopts UV-cut glass that blocks unwanted UV spectrum before light comes out from the filter. This type of glass has a slight yellow tint, there is no any negative effect on the image. REALPRO UV filter is universal filter, because it also serves as a permanent lens protector. After Before THE FILTER THAT STAYS CLEAR FOR A LONG TIME The one important feature of REALPRO series is Anti-Stain Coating (ASC) that represents new generation of Kenko coating technology. Thanks to a new formula of coating material the surface of REALPRO UV filter will make moisture and water drops to bead up and slip down leaving filter clean. Thus, you will not need to clean filter for a long time and maintenance will become incredibly easier and safer. Due to smooth filter surface dust and smudges can be wiped more easier because they do not stick on to the glass so strongly. Time you spend for after-care routine will be considerably shortened and cleaning process will not bother you any more. This feature is highly valued by extremely photographers who are shooting outdoors in various weather conditions. EVERY SINGLE LIGHT WILL REACH CAMERA SENSOR FOR CLEAR AND SHARP IMAGE Since the sensor of digital SLR or mirror less cameras becomes more sensitive to light coming through lens, Anti-Reflection Multi Coating is a must for photographic filters. Kenko REALPRO UV with Anti-Reflection Multi Coating technology that is already obtained a general standard for each Kenko filter will give you maximum light transmission and protection from flares and ghosting caused by parasite reflections. SLIM FRAME Use with any lens and with no loss of light. REALPRO UV adopts ultra thin frame to avoid vignetting effect on wide and super wide angle lenses. KNURLING EDGE FRAME The frame of REALPRO UV is equipped with knurling surface to prevent slipping, making attachment and removal easy and stress-free. BLACK ALMITE FRAME To reduce to minimum any unwanted reflections REALPRO UV adopts black aluminum satin finish almite frame. Satin finish will increase friction between fingers and frame for quick operation and satin black frame will minimize internal reflections. BLACK RIMMED GLASS To reduce the internal light reflections off the edge of the filter glass Kenko uses the technology of black rimming. The outer rim of the glass plate is treated with a specific black ink prevent any leaking of the light. WIDE VARIETY OF SIZES In order to meet the demands of as many photographers as possible, REALPRO UV is presented in whole line up of sizes from 37mm for non-reflex cameras to 95mm and even 105mm for high-end super tele lenses and broad-casting. UV PROTECTED CASE Every REALPRO filter comes with durable re-usable plastic case with UV-cut function. Since the polarization film is sensitive to UV light REALPRO case will lengthen life of the filter. GENERAL CARE AND HANDLING OF THE PHOTOGRAPHIC FILTER Use filter carefully and always keep it clean. When cleaning use cleaning tissue or cleaning cloth. But before that remove as much dust and dirt as possible from the lens with a blower or brush. Avoid unnecessary cleaning of your filter. Filter is made of glass. When it is broken glass fragments may injure. Do not disassemble filter by yourself. When the filter is not attached to the lens, store it away from sharp objects. They may damage the filter glass. Keep filter away from children. Keep filters in plastic hard-sided case or filter pouch. Keep filters dry and away from direct sun light. Avoid storage in high humidity environment. Moisture drops due to the high humidity or dew on the filter can burn the coating and create traces on the glass surface that can be hardly wiped off.
