We offer fast and reliable delivery across the Czech Republic and surrounding countries (Slovakia, Poland, Austria, Germany). You can choose delivery to your address or to a pickup point (PPL, Zásilkovna, Balíkovna, GLS). Therefore, we ship packages through trusted partners. At the same time, we would like to inform you that some products require a special type of shipping (for example oversized products or products with non-standard dimensions).

Delivery Tailored to Your Needs

PPL

You probably know the PPL courier service from other online stores. In recent years, it has significantly improved. It also allows delivery to PPL ParcelShop pickup points or PPL Parcelbox lockers. It is up to you whether you choose home delivery or pick it up on your way from work.

Expected delivery time

for shipments to Slovakia, it is necessary to add 1 business day, to Poland, Austria and Germany it is necessary to add 2 business days

Zásilkovna

You certainly know Zásilkovna. It started a new era of parcel delivery in the Czech Republic. We offer delivery to pickup points and Z-BOX lockers, which you can find almost everywhere today.

Balíkovna

Balíkovna offers thousands of pickup points and parcel lockers. Once you place an order with us, we enter the details into their system and you will receive a tracking number. You can easily find out where your package is. When picking it up, you do not have to wait in line at the post office, just enter the code and the staff will already know about you.

GLS

The GLS courier service used to be quite invisible and unreliable. Recently, however, the network of GLS Parcel Shops and GLS Parcel Boxes has expanded. It is a quality alternative if their pickup point or locker is closest to you.

Payment Options

We know this is a key part of online shopping. That’s why we focus on it carefully. You can pay securely using an online payment gateway. Always make sure you are on our official domain (look for the lock icon and domains fotobatohy.cz, fotobatohy.sk or fotobatohy.com).

Comgate

A secure Czech online payment gateway that ensures convenient and safe payments by card, as well as Google Pay or Apple Pay. We do not store your card details on our servers. Comgate is also supervised by the Czech National Bank. You’ve likely seen it before.

Bank transfer via QR code

If you prefer paying by bank transfer, this option is available. With instant payments, we often don’t have to wait long for the funds to arrive. All payment details, especially the QR code, will be shown in the final step of your order and sent to you by email. You can also find them in your account.

Cash on delivery

If you’d like to try our e-shop first and reviews are not enough, we offer cash on delivery within the Czech Republic only. Some carriers also allow card payment upon delivery. We recommend checking this option with your selected shipping method.

The fee for this payment method is 60 CZK.

How we pack your orders

We believe that even small efforts to improve the environment make a difference. We are aware that the photography and film industry consumes a lot of materials. That’s why we focus on how our products are delivered to you.

We use reused boxes

Most of our products don’t fit into compostable envelopes or eco bags. That’s why your backpack may arrive in a box that has already been used once. You may not receive a new box with our brand, but we stand by the rule - it's about the contents and their protection.

What’s the bigger problem?

We haven’t completely eliminated plastics. We believe that a damaged shipment (unusable product) has a bigger environmental impact than a few centimeters of bubble wrap or filling material, which you can reuse when sending something yourself.

We believe you understand our effort to create a better future and won’t mind a less perfect-looking package.

What to do with the box next?

If it’s still in good condition, feel free to reuse it. If you don’t have anything to send, check the Reduca zero-waste map to find an e-shop that could use it.

And if you really don’t know how to dispose of waste, check the container map or download the “Kam s ním” app.
