Inventura 31.12.2023

Poslední den v roce již tradičně patří inventurám. I my proto provedeme v tento den inventuru tohoto eshopu a je tak možné, že chvilku nepůjde objednávat. Děkujeme za pochopení.

We are committed to fast and reliable transport. That's why we send your packages through verified partners. At the same time, we would like to inform you that some products require a special type of transport (e.g. oversized products, products in external stock). Thus, you may see a different shipping offer in your shopping cart than here. The current shipping offer can be checked on each product page, where all possible shipping methods for the product are listed. And if you are unsure, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support.

I'm sure you know the PPL courier service from other online stores. It has developed very well over the years. In addition, it allows delivery to ParcelShop outlets. So it's up to you whether you have the goods delivered to your home or you drop by on your way home from work.

We use PPL for international shipping. The choice of the domestic carrier is then in the hands of PPL and you will be informed automatically by PPL about the change of the delivery company.

You know the parcel shop. It started a new era of parcel delivery in the Czech Republic. We offer delivery to drop-off points that you can find almost everywhere today. And also to the Zásilkovna boxes - but here we would like to warn you that due to the full capacity of the boxes, parcels often stay longer at the transshipment points and wait in the queue for the space in the Z-Box to become available. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite such shipments.

Payment options

We know this is a key part of online shopping. That's why we focus on it. You can pay us online with a secure payment gateway. Always make sure you are on our domain (the address bar will have a lock and the domain fotobatohy.cz, fotobatohy.sk or fotobatohy.com).

The Czech secure online payment gateway will provide you with the convenience and security of paying by credit card or Google Pay and Apple Pay. We do not store your card details on our servers. GoPay is also supervised by the CNB. I'm sure you know it from elsewhere.

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, you can also use this option. In this day and age of instant payments, many times we don't even have to wait long for the amount to be credited. We will send you all payment instructions in your order confirmation email, you can also find them on the order confirmation page or in your account management.

If you would like to try us out, you can pay when you receive the goods from PPL, for example, in cash or by card. For cash on delivery, however, we charge 49 CZK plus 2% of the total value of the order excluding shipping costs. When you check us out, you can try another payment method next time without worry. We would like to remind you that failure to accept the delivery does not cancel the concluded purchase contract, but it does constitute a breach of the purchase contract on your part (see General Terms and Conditions). If you do not want the goods, please take delivery and return them to our address within 14 days without giving any reason.
