Manfrotto offers an extended warranty on some of its products by registering on the manufacturer's website. The registration link can be found here.
How to proceed?
1. Prepare the product code or UPC/EAN code directly on the product or on the box
2. Fill in your contact information and create your password
3. You will be redirected to a page where you need to enter the confirmation code you received in your email
4. Once you are logged in, click on "register product"
5. Enter the product code or UPC/EAN code from the box
6. Scan the QR code from the box or copy the code below it
7. Fill in the country of purchase and store/e-shop (if you can't find Fotobatohy.cz, choose STEDIS as distributor)
8. Wait for your request to be processed
Regular and extended claims are handled directly by the distributor for the Czech Republic. If you want to file a claim, visit our claims machine and send the goods to our address (Histogram, s.r.o., K Ovčínu 1527/26, 18200 Prague).If the claim is accepted, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs.
